Photography that
makes products sell.
Commercial and eCommerce photography for small and medium-sized brands — shot in a working studio in Camberwell, South London.
Discuss your projectImages built around
your brand, not a template.
I work with small and medium-sized brands that need more than a white background and a fast turnaround. Whether you need clean packshots for an eCommerce listing, styled lifestyle images for a campaign, or something more considered for a printed brochure — the brief shapes the approach, not the other way around.
My background is in design, which means I come to product photography as a problem-solver first. Before the camera comes out, we talk through how the images will be used, where they’ll live, and what they need to do. The studio is set up for exactly this kind of considered, collaborative work.
Past clients include August & Piers, Small Beer, Nulty Lighting, McCollin Bryan, and Omnitau Clothing — businesses that take their visual identity seriously and need a photographer who does too.
I shoot tethered to a monitor, so you can see every frame as it’s taken. Adjustments happen in real time rather than at the edit stage. It’s a more deliberate way of working — and it produces better results.
The studio is on the ground floor of a railway arch in Camberwell, SE5 — easy to reach from central London, with direct access for larger pieces like furniture. If you have a project in mind, the best place to start is a conversation about what you’re trying to achieve.
The right approach
for every brief.
eCommerce &
Packshot
Clean, accurate images on white or plain backgrounds — built for product listings, catalogues, and online shops. Shot tethered so every detail is checked before we move on. Suitable for everything from small accessories to large furniture.
Lifestyle &
Campaign
Styled and in-context imagery for brands that need more than a white background. Flat-lays, in-situ shots, and lookbook photography that reflects how a product actually lives in the world — and makes people want to own it.
Large Product &
Furniture
Ground-floor studio access makes it straightforward to shoot oversized pieces — furniture, lighting, display stands, and architectural products. We can work with plain backgrounds or styled sets, and combine product and portrait photography in a single shoot if needed.
Recent commercial
photography.
A cross-section of recent product photographer work — eCommerce, lifestyle, and large-format shoots for London-based brands.
A working method built on
testing, adjusting, repeating.
Every frame
reviewed live.
I shoot tethered to a monitor throughout every studio session. You see each image at full size as it’s taken — which means dust, reflections, composition issues, and lighting problems are caught and fixed on the day, not flagged at the edit stage.
Detail to
spare.
Shooting at 46 megapixels gives us flexibility at the post-production stage — tight crops, large-format print, and high-resolution web use all come from a single capture. There’s no need to reshoot if the brief changes.
The brief shapes
everything.
Before we shoot, we talk through where the images will be used and what they need to do. A background in design means I think about how an image functions — in a layout, on a screen, in a catalogue — not just how it looks in isolation.
