Multiple Exposure PhotographyImages created using in-camera multiple exposures. It can be a bit of hit and miss affair, but when it works you get a unique image.Knowing what to shoot helps. Scenes with strong contrast and simple shapes work, as do light installations at night. There are various techniques that you can employ. Being able to operate your camera upside down, layering focus and out of focus, combining long and short exposures. The element of chance is one of the attractions. I like the way my D800 has input into the image creation. My Fuji X-T20 also takes double exposures and previews the first image under the second. Less hit and miss but it only shoots these in JPG which is little annoying.
